Who we are
Prism Copyworks is the trading name of Dheer Sanghavi, a sole trader based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. For privacy questions, write to hello@prismcopyworks.com.
What we collect
We do not run user accounts on this website. We do not sell lists. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it:
- Name, email address, and project notes if you use the contact form or write to hello@prismcopyworks.com.
- Whatever you include in that message (company, URLs, budget, files).
- Technical logs that a host may keep (IP address, browser, pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
The contact form does not store submissions on our servers. It opens your mail app with the fields filled in. Information reaches us only if you send the email.
Why we use it
We use that information to:
- Reply to briefs and quote or decline work.
- Deliver agreed copy, SEO, or automation work.
- Keep records required for tax and professional practice.
- Protect the site against abuse.
We do not use your contact details for bulk marketing. We will not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run advertising cookies or a marketing pixel. The host (Vercel) may set cookies or logs that are strictly necessary to serve pages. We do not currently run Google Analytics or similar product analytics on prismcopyworks.com. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
- You, when we reply.
- Service providers who process it for us, such as email and website hosting. Vercel hosts this site and may process technical data outside Australia.
- Professional advisers (for example an accountant) if required.
- Anyone the law requires us to tell.
Outbound links (LinkedIn, client websites in the work catalogue) are third-party sites with their own policies. We do not control them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the brief and for ordinary business records (typically up to seven years where tax or contract records apply). You can ask us to delete a thread that is not legally required to be kept.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@prismcopyworks.com. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
This studio is a small business. We still handle enquiry data with care. This policy is a practical description, not legal advice.
